Termination / Plan Change / Refund Policy

When submitting your cancellation request, you must provide the correct username and password for your account for verification. If your hosting plan includes a free domain name, you may be required to pay an additional US$15.00 Domain Reimbursement Fee to reimburse Melwebhosting.com for the domain name registration when you do any of the following:

  • You cancel your subscription to the hosting plan.
  • Your subscription to the hosting plan ends.
  • You make changes to your DNS settings.
  • You transfer the domain name to another domain registrar.

Only one refund may be issued for each invoice. Melwebhosting.com reserves the right to grant or deny any refund requests.

Domain name registrations, regardless if it is an initial registration or a renewal of an existing registration, cannot be cancelled and will remain in effect until the end of the registration term.
